Service and Scope
OperatorBrief sells one-off creator business reports built from public signals, platform observations, and editorial interpretation. The service does not provide access to private creator records or insider platform data.
When you place an order, you submit a creator handle or profile URL and purchase the current OperatorBrief report package. We then prepare a report that may include visible monetization surfaces, content positioning, funnel logic, audience conditioning, strategic interpretation, and transfer lessons for operators studying the creator economy.
The work may involve AI-assisted tools, but the purchased output is still sold as OperatorBrief analysis and presentation rather than as raw model output or a data-export utility.
We do not claim private platform access, creator-authorized internal documents, audited financial statements, or other non-public back-office data.
Orders and Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into the transaction, that the creator input you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that the email used for checkout can receive the finished report.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise legally permitted to make the purchase on behalf of yourself or your organization.
- You should submit the correct creator handle or profile URL. The creator input becomes part of the fulfillment instruction for the order.
- You should not place orders for unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or harassing uses of the finished report.
- We may reject, pause, or cancel an order if the input is clearly impossible to fulfill, appears fraudulent, or would create misuse risk we are not willing to support.
Pricing and Checkout
Report purchases are one-time transactions, not recurring subscriptions. Checkout is processed by Creem, our merchant of record.
Current pricing and package details are shown on the order page at the time of purchase. Taxes, currency handling, and any other checkout disclosures controlled by Creem may vary by location and payment method, but the final amount should be shown before you complete payment.
Once checkout is completed, the purchased package, creator input, and order email become the basis for fulfillment. Price changes made later do not retroactively change an order that has already been paid.
Delivery and Non-Deliverable Requests
Most supported reports are delivered within about 1 hour to the email address associated with checkout. If a target is borderline, unstable, or needs operator review, fulfillment may take up to 24 hours.
If a creator account is private, inaccessible, nonexistent, materially changed before review, clearly outside the supported account types, or otherwise lacks enough public signal to support a credible report, we may decline, pause, or hold fulfillment instead of shipping something thin, misleading, or padded.
OperatorBrief is designed for creator-led public accounts. News, media, company, organization, team, customer-support, and similar institutional accounts may be blocked even if they are public on TikTok. Borderline or unstable-to-capture accounts may be held for operator review rather than forced through automatic fulfillment.
We may also contact you if the submitted handle is ambiguous and a clarification would materially improve accuracy, but we are not required to do so before declining or holding a request that does not meet the service standard.
Refunds, Corrections, and Re-delivery
Refunds are not the default remedy for dissatisfaction, weak target selection, or public-signal scarcity. Our default remedies are review, correction, re-delivery, or decline of unsupported requests, with refunds reserved for narrow cases and any rights that must apply by law.
- All-sales-final baseline: Once research or fulfillment work has started on a supported order, the purchase is treated as final except where applicable law requires otherwise.
- Wrong creator or material mismatch: If we clearly analyzed the wrong target or delivered a report that materially mismatches the promised scope, contact us for review of correction, re-delivery, or another remedy we choose in our discretion.
- Unsupported or low-signal targets: If the submitted account turns out to be unsupported, ambiguous, private, low-signal, or unstable to capture, we may decline, pause, or hold the request rather than force weak output. Any refund, credit, or cancellation in that situation is at our discretion unless law requires otherwise.
- Request window: Correction or review requests should be sent within 7 days of delivery to support@operatorbrief.space.
- Refund route: If we approve a refund, it is returned through the original payment method via Creem, subject to the processor's timing and controls.
License and Permitted Use
The finished report is licensed for the purchaser's internal use. You may use it to learn, benchmark, and make decisions inside your own work or organization, but you do not receive the right to resell or publicly republish it.
OperatorBrief retains ownership of the site, brand, writing, analytical framing, layout, and original report expression. We do not claim ownership over the underlying public creator facts being discussed; our ownership claim applies to the analysis, writing, synthesis, and presentation we create.
Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, you may not repackage the report as your own commercial product, publish it publicly in full, or redistribute it outside your own internal decision-making context.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse the site, checkout flow, support inbox, or finished report.
- Do not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish a purchased report without permission.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or abusive purposes.
- Do not submit misleading creator inputs, impersonate another person, or try to manipulate the checkout process.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to our systems or any connected third-party service.
- Do not use the report as a tool to stalk, threaten, or otherwise target a creator inappropriately.
Accuracy, No Advice, and No Affiliation
Reports are analytical products, not audited fact sets or professional advice memoranda. We aim for rigor, but we do not promise perfect accuracy or any particular commercial outcome.
Any revenue, conversion, or business-efficiency conclusions are directional interpretations drawn from public information and visible signals. They should be read as judgment calls, not as accounting, legal, tax, investment, employment, or other regulated professional advice.
OperatorBrief is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, or the creators covered in the reports unless we state that explicitly for a specific product or collaboration.
Liability and Consumer Rights
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OperatorBrief is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. For a specific order, our aggregate liability will generally not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, or liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. If a court or regulator says a particular limitation cannot apply, the rest of the clause will still be interpreted as broadly as the law allows.
Changes and Contact
We may update these terms as the product, checkout flow, vendors, or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date.
For a new purchase, the version in effect at the time of the order is the version that matters for that transaction, except to the extent a later change must apply by law. Questions about these terms, refunds, or fulfillment edge cases can be sent to support@operatorbrief.space.
