Privacy
OperatorBrief collects only the information required to process orders, deliver creator reports, respond to support, maintain the product, and protect the service. We do not run the site like a surveillance, resale, or ad-targeting business.
Order instructions, checkout email, support messages, payment references, limited technical logs, and public creator information needed to build a report.
Creator passwords, private creator account access, or customer payment card numbers stored directly by OperatorBrief.
Information We Collect
We collect the information required to fulfill an order, respond to support, keep the site available, and prepare the purchased report. We also analyze public creator data because that public information is the raw material of the product itself.
Order and support information. This can include the creator handle or profile URL you submit, the purchased report package, the email address associated with the order, order-reference information we receive from checkout, and the content of support messages sent to support@operatorbrief.space.
Technical service information. Hosting, infrastructure, security, and delivery providers may process technical request data such as IP address, browser or device metadata, timestamps, and server or security logs needed to deliver the site and prevent abuse.
Public creator information. Reports are built from publicly visible creator information such as profile text, public links, follower counts, content patterns, visible offers, and other publicly available business signals. We do not access private or restricted creator account information to produce a report.
What we do not ask you for. We do not ask customers to give us creator passwords, login access, or private account credentials. We also do not directly collect or store payment card numbers ourselves; checkout is handled by Creem.
Where It Comes From
The information we process comes from a small number of sources: you, the checkout flow, service providers, and the public web.
- Directly from you: when you enter a creator handle, place an order, or email support.
- From Creem: when checkout passes order, billing, and transaction-reference information needed for fulfillment, support, refunds, and accounting.
- From infrastructure providers: when requests to the site generate hosting, security, caching, or delivery logs.
- From public sources: when we review public creator profiles, public links, public content, and related public-facing business signals.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to run the transaction, produce the report, respond to support, keep the site operating, and maintain the reliability of the product.
- To generate and deliver the purchased report.
- To screen submitted creator accounts for eligibility, credibility, abuse prevention, and fulfillment risk.
- To confirm, support, correct, decline, hold, or refund an order when appropriate.
- To process or reconcile payments through Creem.
- To prevent abuse, fraud, or operational misuse of the site or checkout flow.
- To maintain site availability, security, and service quality.
When We Share It
We share information with service providers only where that sharing is needed to run checkout, deliver the site, support the transaction, or comply with legal and operational obligations.
- Creem processes payments and acts as merchant of record. Their own privacy terms apply to the payment and billing information they collect directly.
- Website and infrastructure providers may process technical request data required for delivery, uptime, security, caching, bot protection, and routing.
- Font, email, analytics, or delivery providers may receive limited technical or message metadata only where those services are actually used to operate the website, send support or order communications, or deliver assets.
- Legal or operational necessity. We may disclose limited information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, investigate abuse, or protect the service and its users.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Data Retention
We keep order and support information for only as long as it is reasonably needed for delivery, support, refunds, recordkeeping, or legitimate operational protection.
Generated reports and related order context may be retained long enough to support redelivery, support requests, quality review, refund handling, fraud prevention, accounting, and dispute resolution. Support correspondence is typically kept for a limited support window rather than forever, although some records may need longer retention where law, processor records, or dispute handling require it.
Cookies, Fonts, and Technical Logs
We do not currently run the site as an advertising-cookie or behavioral-tracking property, but basic site delivery still involves technical requests, logs, and third-party asset delivery.
Basic technical mechanisms such as caching, request routing, bot protection, and server logging may still be used where they are required to keep the site functioning. Loading web fonts, scripts, or other assets from a third-party provider can also result in limited technical request data being sent to that provider. If we later add a materially different analytics or tracking setup, we will update this policy before that new processing becomes part of the service.
International Processing
Because OperatorBrief relies on global web infrastructure and payment providers, information may be processed in countries outside the one where you are located, including the United States or other jurisdictions where our providers operate.
When this happens, the information is still handled under the provider arrangements and legal framework that apply to the relevant service. Because we are a small, internet-native service, some processing is inseparable from using those providers to deliver the product at all.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, or restriction of the personal information we control about you.
If you want to exercise an applicable privacy right, contact support@operatorbrief.space. We may need to verify the request and may keep limited information where retention is still required for order fulfillment history, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, or dispute handling. If a right does not apply in your jurisdiction, or if the relevant information is actually held by a provider such as Creem, we may direct you to the right channel.
Children's Privacy
OperatorBrief is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information as part of the service.
If we become aware that personal data from a child has been submitted to us in a way that should not have happened, we will take reasonable steps to delete it or otherwise handle it appropriately.
Changes and Contact
We may update this policy as the product, vendors, or legal requirements evolve. When we do, the updated version will be posted here with a revised date.
If we materially change what personal information we collect or how we use it, we aim to update this page before the new practice becomes part of the service. Questions about privacy, deletion requests, or order-related data issues can be sent to support@operatorbrief.space.
